本公司隶属香港汉格投资控股集团有限公司，集团公司成立20余年来，以香港为基地，业务辐射整个大陆地区，涉足了房地产、矿产开采及冶炼、制衣、国际贸易等多个行业，现集团与香港日光电池制造厂有限公司投巨资进入锂电制造业，总投资7721万元，首期投资港币3371万元。公司目前拥有业界两大电池品牌”NIKKO"和“HGB",其中NIKKO创建于1979年日本，迄今已有近30年的历史。现公司厂房面积6940平米，宿舍面积2330平米。公司坐落于珠海市联港工业区，该工业区为省级高新技术开发区。公司主营聚合物锂电池的研发、生产和销售。
